Algeria was represented by Bakhta Selma Mansouri- the Foreign Ministry official in charge of African affairs. She emphasized Algeria’s commitment to the Trans-Saharan Highway and Fiber Optic Backbone projects, as key to regional connectivity and economic integration. The virtual meeting included 12 other African nations.
