Algeria has again rejected the deportation of an Algerian national detained in Nice for domestic violence, French broadcaster CNews reported. The individual, held under a mandate to leave France, was refused without explanation. This follows Algeria's earlier refusal to accept a deported social media influencer. Eric Ciotti, leader of France's right-wing Republicans, criticized the French government's inaction as complicity in what he termed a continuous humiliation by Algeria.
