The 162nd regular session of the Council of the Arab League convened on Sunday in Cairo at the level of permanent representatives. The meetings aim to prepare for the upcoming gathering of Arab foreign ministers scheduled for Tuesday. Over the next two days, the council will review the agenda, which features pressing regional issues, focusing on various aspects of Arab joint action. The discussions will also cover the implementation of council decisions made during the previous sessions, namely the 161st and 162nd.
