A French delegation led by President Emmanuel Macron revealed investment plans in Western Sahara on Tuesday, as part of broader agreements with Morocco. Projects in Dakhla and Guelmim-Oued Noun are included in a €10 billion ($10.8 billion) package, featuring renewable energy and transportation infrastructure across Morocco. Macron’s three-day visit, highlighted by a speech at Morocco’s parliament, marks a strategic shift aimed at strengthening France’s economic and diplomatic ties with the North African kingdom.
