Tunisian president calls for changes to central bank law

French authorities arrested Algerian influencer Rafik M. on Wednesday, escalating tensions with Algeria, Interior Minister Bruno Retailleau said. Rafik M. allegedly incited violence on French territory via TikTok., Retailleau said on social media without specifying where he had been arrested. He is among six Algerians detained in France this past month for similar accusations. In a related incident, an influencer deported to Algeria was immediately returned to France, further straining relations, according to Retailleau.
