The French President's special envoy to Libya, Paul Soler, was in Tripoli Monday to continue discussions as to how to resolve the ongoing Libyan crisis. Members of Libya’s Presidential Council, Musa Al-Koni and Abdullah Al-Lafi, met with the French envoy as well as the French Ambassador to Libya, Mostafa Mihraje. According to a statement issued by the Presidential Council, the French envoy emphasized that his country places the Libyan file among its top priorities and hopes to help Libya get out of the political impasse by communicating with all political parties, to achieve stability and reach elections through Libyan solutions.
