Hamas leader Sinwar sends first message since Oct 7th- congratulates Algerian president

In a rare communication Yahya Sinwar, the man responsible for the Oct. 7 massacre, resurfaced while Israel tries to capture him in Gaza. Sinwar congratulated Algerian President Abdelmadjid Tebboune on winning the 'renewed trust' of his people in the election.  The statement was described as irregular from its political bureau chief, Yahya Sinwar - in which he congratulated Algerian President Abdelmadjid Tebboune on his reelection. The message seems to suggest that Hamas enjoys a strong relationship with Algeria.
