In a move that looks likely to enhance Moroccan Japanese trade relations, a recent delegation of Japanese car companies has been visiting Moroccan auto manufacturing plants. The delegation’s visit included trips to Kenitra and Tangier, two key production hubs. Local media reported that while Japanese companies were focused on the automotive and manufacturing industries, they also recognized the increased value of Morocco as a gateway for North African markets.
