Morocco and France strengthen legal and judicial cooperation
Morocco and France signed an agreement Monday which further strengthens legal and judicial cooperation between the two countries, Moroccan media
The prosecutor general's office has revealed that Libya has arrested two people accused of detaining and torturing some 263 irregular migrants to extort ransoms. It said in a statement that “the public prosecution ordered the detention of two members of a criminal gang who deliberately restricted the freedom of illegal migrants." The prosecution added that “the sub-Saharan migrants were "subjected to torture, cruel, degrading and inhuman treatment in order to force their relatives to pay a ransom.”
