Libya’s House of Representatives (HoR) foreign affairs committee has strongly rejected Israeli media claims saying that Palestinians from Gaza could be relocated to Libya. The HoR went on to describe the reports as “unacceptable allegations.” The statement from the committee added that the claims were baseless, and that it was part of “ongoing Israeli efforts to forcibly displace Palestinians”—an act it says that would constitute a war crime under international law.
