Libyan factions have not reached final agreement on central bank crisis

The UN Libya mission announced Thursday that Libyan factions failed to reach a final agreement during talks aimed at resolving the central bank crisis, which has severely cut oil production and exports. The two-day consultations, hosted by UNSMIL, brought together delegates from the Benghazi-based House of Representatives, the Tripoli-based High Council of State, and the Presidential Council. Despite the discussions, no conclusive deal was reached to address the ongoing economic and political turmoil.
