Morocco–EU trade reaches historic peak in 2024
Trade between Morocco and the European Union soared to a record-breaking $65 billion in 2024, according to an announcement from
French President Macron, alongside Morocco’s Prime Minister Aziz Akhannouch, attended the ribbon cutting ceremony to open the 2025 International Agricultural Fair (SIA) in Paris. Morocco is the first foreign country to be named as a guest of honor at the Fair and reflects the country’s growing influence across the international agricultural sector, as well as a continuation of strong relations with France.
