Malta Deports Three, Hunts Two More After Moroccan Nationals Flee Flight on New Year's Day

Maltese authorities have deported three Moroccan nationals after a dramatic escape from a Turkish Airlines flight at Malta International Airport on New Year's Day. Two others, Fouad el Sellah, 26, and Mohamed Lazaar, 43, remain at large following their flight TK619 diversion from Istanbul to Marrakech due to a medical emergency. The men fled the aircraft and were last seen on airport CCTV heading towards an under-construction terminal area.
