Moroccan exports hit almost $34 billion

Buoyed by strong growth in the automobile sector Morocco’s exports have maintained their upward trajectory, reaching an estimated $34 billion at the end of September. According to the Kingdom’s Head of Government Aziz Akhannouch these revenues reflect a 5.3% year-on-year increase in value. The automotive sector exports experienced a 7% increase during the first nine months of 2024 while the aerospace industry, phosphate and its derivatives, exports made a significant improvement. Exports in the textile and clothing sector also increased, as did the electronics sector.
