Morocco's National Security and Territorial Surveillance Director General, Abdellatif Hammouchi met with the Head of Belgium State Security (VSSE) Francisca Bostyn in Rabat where they discussed ways of countering terrorist threats regionally and internationally, particularly in the Sahel region.
