Morocco's National Laboratory of Forensic Police, part of the Directorate General of National Security, and the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory in the U.S. have moved forward in a new partnership to help advancebilateral and multilateral efforts in disarmament and non-proliferation, particularly in regard to the Chemical Weapons Convention. The signing of the agreement took place late last week and was attended by U.S. Deputy Secretary of State Mallory Stewart and Morocco's Ambassador to the U.S., Youssef Amrani, alongside a high-level delegation from Morocco.
