BP begins LNG exports from Senegal-Mauritania gas project
BP has loaded its first LNG export cargo from Phase 1 of the Greater Tortue Ahmeyim (GTA) project offshore Mauritania
According to Morocco’s draft budget law for 2025, it plans to raise its defense budget to $13 billion. The defense budget for 2024 was set at $12.5 billion. It is part of Morocco’s strategy to enhance national security and keep pace with the ongoing regional arms race. It also sets out to help develop more local defense manufacturing and increase Royal Armed Forces’ salaries.
