Morocco is evaluating offers from France, Germany, Russia, Greece, and Portugal to acquire two submarines, Moroccan media report. France’s Naval Group and Germany’s TKMS lead the race, offering advanced models. Russia proposes its Amur 1650, while Greece and Portugal offer second-hand options. The deal may include contruction of a shipbuilding facility in Casablanca.
