The new United Nations envoy to Libya, Hanna Serwaa Tetteh, a Hungary-born Ghanaian former parliamentarian and minister, has said she will "spare no effort in achieving peace and stability" in the divided country, according to AFP, quoting the UN Support Mission in Libya. The statement went on to say that the task "will not be easy" and called for "working together". Libya has struggled to maintain political stability since the overthrow of Moamer Kadhafi in 2011.
