Only One-Third of Moroccans Have a Positive View of Economic Situation

Only one-third of Moroccans view their country’s economic situation positively, an Arab Barometer survey revealed. 

Conducted between December 2023 and January 2024, the survey links the low economic confidence to ongoing financial pressures four years after the onset of the pandemic. 

The survey, which polled 2,411 citizens, found that only 33% of respondents rated the economy as very good or good.
