Spanish police have uncovered a tunnel running from Moroccan territory to the Spanish enclave of Ceuta which they say is part of a drug targeting operation. The police said that the underground opening, 12 meters deep and several dozen meters long, was discovered during a search of a warehouse in an industrial area of Ceuta. Spanish media reported the tunnel could be more than 50 meters long, running just inside Moroccan territory. According to AFP, Operation Hades, has been ongoing for over three weeks that has focused on several criminal gangs, leading to the arrest of 14 people including two policemen, and the seizure of 6,000 kilos of hashish.
