Royal Air Maroc (RAM) has been named “Best Airline in Africa” for the second consecutive year at the GT Tested Reader Survey Awards by Global Traveler magazine. According to Moroccan media, the award highlights RAM’s commitment to enhancing customer experience, boosting air connectivity, and promoting Africa globally.
Abdelhamid Addou, RAM’s General Director, expressed pride in this recognition, emphasizing the airline’s dedication to continuous improvement and placing customers at the core of its strategy. He highlighted initiatives to provide passengers with an evolving travel experience and pledged to strengthen RAM’s position as Africa’s leading airline.
The GT Tested Reader Survey, a global benchmark in luxury travel, evaluates over 80 categories based on responses from 20,000 participants. Additionally, Oneworld, the airline alliance RAM joined in 2020, was named “Best Airline Alliance” for the 15th consecutive year, connecting members to over 900 destinations worldwide.
