Sick and injured Gazan children leave for Egypt in first medical evacuation since May

Israeli authorities report that 68 individuals, including 19 sick or wounded children along with their companions, have been permitted to leave the Gaza Strip and enter Egypt. This marks the first medical evacuation since early May, following the closure of the territory's sole travel crossing after it was taken over by Israel.

The children and their companions exited Gaza through the Kerem Shalom cargo crossing.
