Spain has accepted Morocco’s aid offer after late-October floods hit southeastern areas, per the Ministry of the Interior. Morocco, one of the first to offer help, will send 24 trucks and 70 workers within 48 hours to assist in cleanup efforts. This follows King Mohammed VI’s October 30 directive to support Spain. Additionally, Spain activated the European Civil Protection Mechanism, securing assistance from Portugal and France, in response to a Valencian request.
