Sudan war displaces over 10 million people, IOM reports

According to the International Organization for Migration (IOM), over 10 million Sudanese—comprising 20% of the population—have been displaced since the onset of the war. This crisis has led to the world's largest displacement emergency.

In its bimonthly report released on Tuesday, the IOM noted that more than 2.2 million people have fled to neighboring countries, while nearly 7.8 million have sought refuge within Sudan.
