Algerian President Abdelmadjid Tebboune said on Tuesday that the recent and rapid construction of seawater desalination plants had laid the foundations as a blueprint in implementing major projects. Tebboune praised the exclusively Algerian team of engineers, technicians, and workers who completed the plant in 26 months. He linked these achievements to the legacy of the November Revolution, emphasizing national pride and the realization of historical aspirations.
