According to Offshore magazine Mauritania’s Ministère du Pétrole, des Mines et de l’Énergie has appointed TGS to integrate, enhance and license additional offshore and onshore subsurface data. The offering will include 10 narrow azimuth input 3D seismic surveys, using 3D pre-stack depth migration, creating a fully merged and migrated volume of 19,092 sq km. In addition, there is about 84,000 sq km of 3D surveys from offshore block relinquishments, offshore and onshore wells.
