Libyan, Tunisian military chiefs discuss regional security

The US military announced on Thursday that it had conducted an airstrike in southern Somalia, killing two Al-Shabaab jihadists. The operation, carried out approximately 10 kilometers southwest of Quyno Barrow and in coordination with the Somali government, aims to assess ongoing impacts, with further details pending, according to US Africa Command. The Somali government praised the strike as a well-planned effort with international support.
