Organised by ADD Events and officially sponsored by the Organisation for the Development Administrative Centres (ODAC), the event brings together companies and institutions focused on innovative school design, construction, and technology integration.
The exhibition, taking place for the first time in Hall 3 at the Tripoli International Fairgrounds from 8-11 November 2026, showcases ODAC's progress under the Tripoli government's 'Return to Life' plan. The 'Schools of the Future' project aims to establish 500 new schools across Libya, built to international standards and equipped with advanced educational technologies.
ODAC's Progress and National Impact
According to organisers, ODAC delivered 46 new schools in 2025, providing capacity for approximately 23,500 students. Construction is ongoing at more than 431 additional sites, reflecting a nationwide push to address educational infrastructure gaps. The initiative also includes parallel investments in health and public facilities, signalling a broader commitment to public service delivery.
