According to the ministry, the results will be accessible exclusively through the official platform ostad.education.dz. Each applicant will be able to log in to their personal account to view the outcome of their request. The ministry emphasized that no early publication is planned, and the lists will only become visible at the specified time. This marks the conclusion of a process that began in mid-July, when the ministry outlined the inter-wilaya transfer calendar and reiterated that moves are subject to available budgeted positions, by grade and discipline.

The entire consultation process is digital, eliminating the need for teachers to visit education directorates in person. The ministry has promoted this digital approach to streamline procedures that previously led to long queues and frequent disputes. The ministry noted that the process was not without adjustments: a key phase allowing teachers to select schools in their destination wilaya was postponed in August, and late applicants were granted an extension, resulting in the final results being delayed to late August.

For many teachers, the transfer decision has significant personal and logistical implications, such as family reunification, housing, childcare, and daily commutes.
